Photography & Conduct

Photography & Conduct

    Please ask before recording

To protect the privacy and dignity of everyone who visits the Warmth and Relief Hub, please do not
take photographs, video, or audio recordings of other visitors or volunteers — including on phones,
cameras, or wearable devices such as smart glasses — without their clear, spoken permission first.

If you'd like to be photographed for our own records (for example, for anonymous case studies), a
volunteer can talk you through this separately.

If you see or experience unwanted photography or recording, please tell any volunteer or a Director
straight away.

Respect in the Hub

The Warmth and Relief Hub is a safe, welcoming space for everyone. Abuse, harassment, or
threatening behaviour towards visitors, volunteers, or Directors will not be tolerated and may result in being asked to leave.
